Our approach to delivery

We want our products to arrive with you quickly and safely.

We do not make any profit from our delivery charges - they just cover the packaging and postage costs of the delivery service we use.

How do we calculate postage costs?

The postage fee is calculated by the weight, volume and destination of your specific order, and include packaging and insurance to ensure that your items arrive in top condition.

What postage price will I pay?

The postage price for your order will be displayed during checkout process after you have entered your address details and before you confirm your order.

Which postal service do we use?

We primarily use Hermes courier service or Royal Mail First Class service to deliver your items.

Orders from outside the UK or Europe

If you live outside the EU and would like to order an item from us, please call us +44 (0)7796 801818 to discuss international delivery costs and place an order by phone.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We always strive to process and send out your order as quickly as we can. We aim to dispatch within 3 working days of receiving your order.

You can expect your order to arrive between 2-5 working days from the dispatch date.

Can you provide a faster delivery method?

If you require an item to be delivered more quickly, please call us on 07796 801818 to discuss your needs. We are happy to arrange a faster delivery, such as a next-day service, and can quote costs for this and take your order over the phone.

What happens if your delivery doesn’t arrive?

In the very unlikely event that your item gets lost in the post, we ask you to wait until 14 days after dispatch date before contacting us to arrange sending out a duplicate order.

Returns

You can return goods for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange of the product cost. You will need to pay the postage cost of returning goods to us.

Upon safe receipt of the returned goods in their original, saleable condition, we will issue you a full refund of the product using the original payment method, or exchange as required.

Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse any postage costs.
